Everyone knows Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson...but even if you aren't a Golden State Warriors, or even a basketball fan for that matter, you have probably heard of Draymond Green.
Draymond is a charismatic, fun loving and intense wrecking ball--a true disrupter. He is authentic, bold, contagious, passionate and controversial. The Warriors feed off of him and his energy. It's his biggest strength! He is the fuel that keeps the team going.
Yes, there are times his antics seem reckless...but don't be fooled. Most of it is by design, and keeps his team and fans inspired while at the same time keeping the competition on their heels and frustrated. It's part of his game, part of the Warriors game.
It doesn't matter what you do in life, or what equity of your life we're talking about. If you want to win and win consistently you need a Draymond Green in your life.
