It's that time of year. Graduations and big parties celebrating success are beginning. It's been years in the making and it's the start of a new chapter in life.
Two years ago I had the privilege of giving the commencement address at the graduation ceremony for California State University, Chico. What I shared with the graduates and their families that day still holds true today and will forever. The older I get the clearer it becomes.
It doesn't matter what you are graduating from in life. It marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter. Be positive, bold, authentic, and help others. If you do that and work your ass off you will be unstoppable.
